a moment i'm waiting for ... 

my long awaited Paulaner German famous beer

and made even famous by Oliver Kahn TV advetisement

year 2006 FIFA World Cup ...

my freind Mani-san has been bragging about Paulaner

and i was so tempted to try it out on my own ...

but what a freinds for .. so i posponed it and i waited

for him to be free and to enjoy a glass of Paulaner 

together ...

to our AMAZED !!!

this Paulaner Salvator taste we're so un-expected ..

very salpet lah bratherrr .......... !!!

we're expecting the best of the best german beer

as we just had a glass of Konig Ludgwig and

we're ready to do a A B comparison ...

to our suprised .. this Salvator ... a varient out

of 16 varient from Paulaner taste like

this bottle has been left open for a week ...

nosizzle ... no CO2 ... taste like a beer

that has loosen it's pressure ...

abit sweet after taste and very strong alchoholic taste

and smell like toffee ...

i'm not biased because my buddy was having the

same look as I am ... we're like ... *What the Fark!*

these paulaner taste like shit !!!!!

we had a hard time swallowing an expired beer

but we had a good laugh .. i wonder this Salvator

is mixed with marijuana because we can't 

stop laughing over our expectation 

....  really salpet !!!

anyway ... maybe the batch we got

was really expired ...

so adios it's 3:33am now ...

so hang in there ... i'll go investigate

further ...

Leffe Belgium Beer

picture here is Leffe, pronounce as Leff-fur is a beer
from Belgium .. same country mates as Hoegaarden

Leffe has 7 different types and the type that i'm
having today is Leffe Radieuse and it's a proff 8.5%

we'll hmmmm i can't explain how the taste like
because i took a big gulp and only some left for the tasting

anyway ... dun fret ... i'll be back and i'll make sure
how it taste like hehehehehe

franziskaner now pouring at Sport Cafe @ Permas Jaya

franziskaner in german means a franciscan monk
yeah the picture in the bottle will tell you that ...

story says that the Brewer once located just opposite
the monistry

the distinctive taste of franziskaner is the
malty taste ... yummy...

go try one today ... just behind McDonalds Permas Jaya

if ur there, just tell the bar tender .. Phil send u here ...

Konig Ludwig

Konig Ludwig now serving everwhere in Johor Bahru
these beer is also called the Beer for the Royal Highness
and once served the Kingdom of Bavaria, Germany

so the next time you take a sip ... you better take a bow

FYI
the term Weissbier means this is a malted wheat replaced
over malted barley and this wheat beer are usually top fermented
if you don;t understand the above then it's time for a Konig !

Hoegaarden Johor Bahru

I just got my new Linksys n-router Access Point up and running ...
just to make sure my P1 Wimax has a companion to play at night ....

they really mean business ... and i heard they will cover Muar
this year end .. looks like i need to subscribe 1 for my dad
too .. so that i can do video call with him and his chickens

Lok Lok - Permas Jaya (part2)

this lok lok van, is located in front of COSWAY permas jaya
by far the cleanest lok lok van in Johor ... they called themselves
(Brothers Lok Lok)

drop by after our rounds @ Mulligans ... just behind Mulligans

varieties of food ... but this time around ... 3am ... what
do u expect lah ... all sold out ... ha ha ha

makes me hungry now ....

that's the boiler ...

this is what we ate that nite .... pork's liver ... dip in the

boiling water for like 10 seconds ... wah lah ....

not to forget ... they do grill for u too ... that's their gas run

grill station ...

grilled prawns and deep fried meat ball ..

all the above, corns, long beans, shitake mushroom and

oyster mushroom are deep fried and salted with of cos salt and

pepper lah...

that's the Finnish guy ... Juuso ... trying the

deep fried oyster mushroom ...

deep fried squids and that's the boiled liver ....

u know ... if ur a drinker ... u ought to take more liver ...

no joke ..

that's quills preseverted ala century egg with slices of
ginger ...

cockles .... ready to dive in ...

of cos the souce to eat with .. it not in the picture ...

usually lok lok is to be eaten with cilipadi souce with tat bit of

salt ... if ur not a risk taker then u can dip with the other soure

like satay source or etc etc ....

the food are of good quality and this operator is clean looking

... so i give em 8/10

i do what i say ...... i bohausiaw

yesterday nite i decided to pull the plug ............

bye bye Streamyx ................... u sucks ! big time ....

i put my P1 modem @ my window ... overlooking Johor Bahru...

what a view ..... but .... looks migh be deceiving ...

Lok Lok - Permas Jaya

this lok lok steamboat used to operate by it's own... in a van,
operating hour from 10:30pm onwards till late morning ...
when demands are over supply and with the business in mind,
now the operator team-up with a local restaurant.

seen here it park infront of the restaurant and the signboard
co-exist ...

now the lok lok starts their business as early as 6:30pm

*la la* @ seashells with rice wine, we ordered from the restaurant.

*hua tiau chuie che* chicken cooked with another type of
typical chinese rice wine

*puo li shen chai* damn ... i dunno how u called in english ..

with oyster sauce

this alluminium wrapped stuff, from the lok lok van ...

die die must try ... for ex-pats @ ang moh ... please take note.

please order min..2 glass of chill water in advance b4 u start to try ..

just whack it clean .... paused for 10 seconds ... lets ur tears floww..

and ur nose running ..... ur sweats dripped from your forehead ...

then ............ dive in the chill water !!! ha ha ha ...

if u think u had wasabi before ... i tell u after this u'll know

wasabi are for kids ...

i give this lil piece of s*** 9/10 , die die must try ....

evertime i passed this van ... i'll take 3 pcs .. fyi 1pcs = RM 3.00

for this out of this world experience .. simply worth it !

Permas Jaya Bridge - What caused the slowdown

basket ... some people might think i eat full,

very free, got nothing else better to do issit ...

here's the 3 point, i highlight in PINK ...

these caused the slowdown to and from Permas

Jaya Bridge ..

f**k the new bridge ... it will take 1 year or more to go,

why there isn't any maintenence done on this old bridge ???

this has been the problem for years ...

#$%& that's why i need to be in the politics ... so that

taxpayers get what they've been taxed for..

how much issit the govt pumped into road and

transport budget this year ? or the 9th Malaysian Plan?

anyway .. anybody knows who i can report this problem to ?

FYI, i don't commute this bridge daily .. actually it's non

of my f***ing business ... but f**k, i need to get over there to

have my dose of beer .... so now it's my business ...

dammit !

P1 Wimax @ Permas Jaya

P1 Wimax Modem/Receiver @ my balcony, only medium signal,
but look at the speedtest result below ..... now u have a choice
to switch and now u know ur an ass paying this much for a puny
1/4 speed .... (i was, but not after tonight)

I was pointing to Johor Bahru Town, so far P1 has 2 base station
in Johor Bahru town, one up in menara Sarawak and the
other up in Menara KK Kam. That's the info i got.


Feast ur eyes with HIGH SPEED sucker !!!



I paid RM 130/month for these turtles ....

for testing, else i'll still be whinning about my
