Bukit Pasir - very late nite supper ...

this stall open tills 2:30am to 3am ++ depends on the
crowd .... located just before the Bukit Pasir junction (traffic lights)
on your right ... if ur coming down from Pagoh ...

if ur from Muar town to Bukit Pasir, then it's on ur left
just after the traffic light

very antic chinese shop name ...
actually their main business is sell spinning thread and taylor stuff ...
but the husband setup a mini stall selling wanton noodles ..
that's Noodles + Wanton soup .. wanton is minced pork dumpling...


at this hour ... i bet you cannot choose to have the luxurios
of food .... so eat this ...

actually the taste has it's very muarian dark soy souce ...
only the muarian noodles tasted like this ... u can't find
this taste else where .... i love it .. because i was born a
Muarian ... duh !


the wanton is marvelous ... the minced pork is prep with
sesame oil and pepper and who knows what ...
the wanton skin is also thin and we'll cooked ...

i give this mini super late nite wanton noodles stall a
8.5/10

so if ur hungry at this hour and ur travelling back to Muar
or going our of Muar .. then this is a place to fill ur
ur tank ...

It's definitely from Muar and only the Muarian knows ...

It's actually Yellow Mee that is round and looks like spaghetti
deep fried it and eat it with thick onion and anchovies sambal ..

in my school days, we had this everday after school, waiting
for bus or thrisaw or friend's dad to pick us up home ...

from RM 10cent now it's RM 60cent.

it also comes prepack with sambal source, that's not as great
as the one u get fresh fr0m Bukit Pasir Industiral Estate.
i'll post the coordinate once i'm back there, u'll thank me for that.

this is the 1st time of my life buying a bag of bloody expensive charcoal ..
fxxx RM16.80 for 4KG, compare to local made charcoal RM4.50 for 5kg
but ... dun frett ... look below for the superb burning ...


bought a cheapskate BBQ PIT ala DIY @ carrefour ...
price ? forgotten but hell cheap ... less then RM 60.00
a few days b4 the bbq i have top the paint with
hi-temp BBQ Paint from Ace Hardware .. that bastard
cost me more then this DIY BBQ Pit RM 69.50

suprisingly the bloody expensive charcool does wonders ..
temperature controlled and basically after 6 hours and 150pcs of
chicken wings ... balance still weight 500grams.
