ok back to the picture ...this is Tee Kua Chiak Bak ... translate to
Pork Liver Pork's Meat
only to be found at typical teochiew food table ... i think ...
it's actually slices of pork liver fried with slices of pork
meat with alot of tiny slices of ginger and garlic with
thick black soy souce and light soy souce to taste ...
it's my fav food after a drink ... all my friends @ muar
knows my bad habit ... this one i can bet my 2 balls
that if u asked them .. what's next after late nite drinks ...
the sure wants to get out of sight as i will be dragging
them to Muar Town old pasar near jalan sisi, just opposite
the old pasar, ask the local ... Goh Beh Loh, Tee Kua Chiak Bak
if they dunno ... then they must be vegetarian then ....
another must try ... not in the picture is the
tee kua char mee ...... or noodles fried with pork's liver ...
both you must eat it with the anchovies sambal ...
DIE DIE MUST TRY .. only opens at 11pm ...
i give it a 9.9 /10 because they don't serve COOL DRINKS !
they serve packed drink ... damn !
