Siakap, Barramundi, Asian Seabass, Giant Perch steamed !

 
caugh a siakap today, weight less then a kilo
this is salt water fish ... so it's basically SWEEEEET !!!!
so here i'm, steamed the 1/2 siakap with just rubbing the body with
fine salt and some ginger to taste and then steam it just like that..
i got to give 10/10 because of the freshness and the untouched
natural flavour of the salt water siakap .....
tonite i'll gonna finished the other 1/2 .... till then ....
