This is cool rite ? … read my below topics of my contribution so far … anyway this topics is about me squeezing every bits of juice out from my CPU to get more processing power to run the BOINC program to compute more instruction per seconds …

a typical Core 2 Duo running at 2.13GHz now overclocked to 3.20Ghz… means now I’m actually compute 50.2347% MORE !!!

I’m actually runs these setting for 14 days now 24/7 he he he .. a few speed bumps I got .. so far still tweaking my bios setting and upgrading my cooling apparatus, will blog about that later …

Nitrogen gas filled tires ….

This is not new technology … but all these while I was blardy ignorant about this .. until yesterday nite, I send my car for service and I saw this machine … wtf .. so I asked the mechanic .. he says .. very good.. cos nitrogen will never expand or contract unlike normal air does, it helps on speed bumps and corners …

whatdahell RM5.00 per tire … I got discount to RM3.00 per tire, cos .. I bohausiaw .. I’m a sweet talker … as usual .. I talk my way in hahahhaha ….

this typical machine when hookeup to ur tires … it suckup all the air inside .. maybe approx 90% of air then it filled up with nitrogen …wow.. what a blardy cool machine and technology … with these I’m assured each of my tires are 90% filled with pure nitrogen ..

so here comes the test … was damn good on speed bumps and small bumps … but I bet it helps more then taking the shock of the bumps … just less then 24 hours of testing … I can’t comment much .. but for a RM3 per tire .. I call this blardy worth investment …

Topeak Alien III 25pcs pocket tool kits .. that

proberly any biker need while cycling on road,

trails or freeride ... i cannot think of any that can

beat this sucker ...

something kewl i found on this piece-o-tools is that
it has a safety pitch for unfolding all the tools, minus
the penknife ... the penknife will not be unfold, unless
u unfold the whool bunch of tools then only the penknife
pops up... this is really a bonus safety feature so that
when u work on it, you will not accidentally pops out
the penknife and mind you, the sharpness can be on par
as sharp as a Leatherman ...

Only Alien III series the tools is made from Cro-Moly
thus makes this tools kinda indestructable and it is also
why i bought it, even with the hefty price. Simply worth
every penny ...

Quality, simply 10/10, each tools is carefully print and stamped
with the Size # and with the split design, i can have a better grip/hold
simply the best portable/pocket tools i've even seen.

I have toyed with world best pocket tool (SNCM+V) for machinery over my
16 years of machine repairing and building, these tool is on par
or i can say .. abit overkill for building a bicycle !

MTB – Short road trip Johor – Seremban – Malacca - Muar

I got bitten by the cycling bug .. here is the bite mark …

Was in Negeri Sembilan for a 2 days meeting .. i took my bike along
so when i have the time .. i cycle … i clocked 68KM over the 2D/1N
trip.. not bad .. considering Seremban is a blardy HILLY town …
of cos i nearly fainted in some of the route, eg, Taman Tasik and
Taman Sikamat Utama … blardy 30degree uphill … farks !!!!

Anyway i manage to survive this trip … this hotel that i put up..it’s
Royale Bintang …. comfy place to stay .. near town and in the middle
of a beautiful lake and green surrounding … the Dim Sum i had….
was really a 5 star taste ..  i’ll be back … this time around.. i’m
planning to ride from town to Paroi … (waterfall) but i might need
a cycling partner .. who knows i had a concussion and died in the
middle of the journey … hahahahahhaha

time … it’s around 4:20am…  the story goes like this …
was in Muar to celebrate my good old classmate bachelor’s nite out..
today was the eve of the celebration … i took my bike to a nearby
stall to meetup with my Kampung Friends in Jalan Ismail …so after
the teh tarik session .. i cycle from Jalan Ismail back to Jalan
Bakariah using the back road .. about 8KM .. then i was thinking..
what the heck .. it’s 10PM++ why not cycle to Muar town …

So i did … cycling is damn addictive because u just want to cycle
further and further knowing that u know from Bakariah to Town
was like 8KM away … no sweat .. and by that time 10++PM…
Muar town is virtually a DEAD town and there isn’t much Traffic..
so i ended up in Muar and my Bachelor friend called… he is on the
way back to Muar from KL .. so i called up the GANG .. to meetup
in Muar Tanjung … so .. since i’m on a bicycle .. the GANG need
to go to 7-Eleven to buy Cigarettes and BEER to celebrate the
coming home of the Bachelor boy….

So i end up cycling from Muar town to Tanjong … then we had our
Beer and Smoking and catchups for tomorrow’s Party …

I dunno why my bike become the centre of all the picture we had
that nite … and here’s a shot of me cycling on a ROCK GARDEN ..

i know the photo quality sucks .. because my friend.. that bachelor
was already drunk .. so all the settings on his DSLR becomes
pussies and nipples …. wakakakkakakaka

MTB – Mountain Bike trilogy …

Been busy recently with my new hobby = cycling, thus the absent
from this blog ….

The away is basically due to my 15days M/C injury on my left knee
cap … notice the water bag on my left knee cap … basket ..
yah .. i’m on a blardy wheelchair.. but not for long ……

all these because of my 18feet fall from a bloody pedestrain staircase … metal staircase to be precise … my miscalculation
due to wet weather my tyres slip when i apply rear brakes
because the staircase is wet … so rear bike swayed and i lost
control and kabooom … my knee landed on the edges of the
metal staircase …

no big deal … Docs says nothing broken .. just the impact
that cause the natural water bag to foam to protect the ligaments,
tendons, soft bone and nerves …

here’s the place where the accident happen …. and i can bet
my two balls to anyone out there to take this challenge …
riding ur bike down from this pedestrian bridge … he he he
we’ll…  this is not my 1st time doing this .. i can say extreme
sport .. but with my age catching up … I REALLY NEED TO DO

Note: not saying that other brands are not in par with GIANT .. just that from my personal point of view… to start with a GIANT is a foolproof beginners choice ..  by dream MTB are FD Free Ride style because it mimic my BMX era and stunts … Corsair full sus frame with FOX 40 and Crank Brothers Rims, DaBom Hubs … these will cost me 15K RM already … just got my quote … total dream bike will cost easily RM25K hahahahhaha anyone wants to loan me the moonies .. i’ll do double summersault on a 12feet jump … just for u …hahahahahha

now after 14 months .. it's a curse !

P1 Wimax back to back speedtest ...

Streamyx has the most stable broadband after 10 trial

the above figure just maintain ... i think TM has done

some upgrade on the nodes ... KUDOS to TM

I just signup for 1.2Mbps dedicated broadband from

Celcom this afternoon because i'm going to

potong P1 Wimax .. why ?? just see below result

i get from P1 nowadays .. and the best part ..

at time ... i see RED indicator .. no matter how i

reset or re-point the DS300 .. it still RED ..

dammit ... i have enuff ...

this is P1 at 1am morning .. the worst time of P1.

8-12 am is OK , .. after evening ..

the speed will be crawling ....

this is P1 at 10am, we wish this speed will be constant
but it won't .. in the evening .. it will be like a 14.4kbps
modem ....

this is Celcom at 1am, the ping is longer then Streamyx

Maxis this morning at 8am, is about on par with Celcom

but still losses to Streamyx

 

So here i conclude ... TM Streamyx has IMPROVED

their services in terms of BROADBAND services.

 

For mobility, Celcom ranks 1st and comes Maxis second

for now.

 

I'm going to get a Digi Broadband later today....

so stay tuned .. to who's the boss of Broadband ..

definately not P1 cos i'm going to POTONG them

today !!!!
